We now have most of the windows in. Unfortunately the window company forgot to order one of the kitchen ones so we now have a few weeks delay until they can get the missing one made and fitted - not great but it's all in hand.
Building control officer came out today and passed all of the work that's already been done which was great news. Also gave me some good advice on dealing with the drainage issues and a couple of other pointers.
And when I arrived home the posty had brought my Radon report and the bungalow is well below the recommended action level (in fact 75% below). So good news, we can just fit extractor fans in the bathrooms rather than a heat recovery/ventilation system which should save around a thousand quid - happy days.
