Here it is! After three and a half years of living out of a bag, between several addresses, staying on the job, squatting empty houses and imposing on friends & family I've finally obtained a renovation project. It's a two bedroom detached bungalow on the North Kent coast in need of some serious TLC. Structurally it appears sound. It's just not had much maintenance or modernisation for many years. I'll post some piccies of each room in it's condition soon and then at various points during the transformation.
